Eat here frequently as it's just a few minutes to my house. They have a good variety of meals and reasonably good coffee and tea. Food is generally of good quality. Service usually fast. They are usually friendly and helpful. Today I ordered three pancakes with an extra syrup. The pancakes were out faster than normal, turns out that they were so cold the butter wouldn't melt, first bite confirmed that. I sent them back, the replacements came out almost as fast as the original order. They were just warm enough that I didn't send them back. The syrup was cold the first time, second time slightly warm. The waiter said we the kitchen doesn't warm up the syrup anymore, she said, she ran hot water over the two small bottles. I smiled and thanked her. Rather disappointed. The three pancakes and coffee was right at eight dollars. Not a good deal. Anyone who is in sales can understand what a bad deal is. Normally there's a manager floating around the dinning room making sure everything is going well. No manager! I purchased a book and a scarf for my wife. Chalked this visit up on my bad experiences side of the score card. Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, you can do much better. There's no reason to deliver such shoddy goods when the dining room was not overly busy.

Even though it was Sunday morning and jam time, they got me seated at a table within 10 to 15 minutes. The server, Sarah, was there immediately, it only took about 5 to 10 minutes for my order to serve my order piping hot with a lovely cup of coffee and glass of water. I was not left unattended even though I was a sole Diner, Sarah graciously kept up with the filling of my coffee and water oh, each time taking a moment to say a few cheerful words closing my breakfast with wishes for an enjoyable weekend. Based on my experience on a very busy Sunday morning, I would recommend this location to anyone and be sure to ask for as your waitperson.

It was great. The food was very good, the waitress very friendly. The manager, Shorty, was very helpful as my husband has Celiac disease and he helped my husband with the gluten free menu going as far as to call the manufacturer of the mayonnaise to make sure it was gluten free. Great experience.
